I can also confirm that "C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\OfficeC2RClient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462” resolves the issues on my end also with 3 or so different clients. Reminds me of last Spring also this happened!
