It seems to test fine. Are there any more apps that might give the RAm a more thorough test?

Another suggestion: your G5 should have come with a Hardware Test CD - stick it in the drive and restart the machine with the C-key held down until you get the "Loading" screen. The test might give you some indication as to the condition of the RAM.
