I recently bought on ebay, a DC-315 Adapter and Sony CDRW internal
drive. It's SCSI, I already have an Adapter for SCSI, it's a 80 pin wide
and drives an ultra H/D in my beige G3.
The Techram is 50 pin and I have room for it.
I have never had any experience with CD writing, I want it just for
backup.
I only have Windoze drivers and software as yet.
After fitting the card and CD/wr units I tried to play a cd, all of a
sudden -nothing happened, duh!
I'm looking for a driver for this beast, can anyone help?
I down loaded the OS9 driver after trying to read Techrams German?
Apparently the said driver is for OS9 and for a unit DC-315U?
I'm not a dummy but am confused, anyone know what the U is?
thanks fluff
PS good to be back in touch again, MAC's are like a pox to telstra and
my new ADSL connection. Which is just great otherwise. More on that
later.
