Hello, I have an imac running sys 10.3.5 and it connects to the net but IE won't connect to any sites and Safari just locks up and needs to be forced to quit. Any ideas? Thanks Murray
You should learn how to do a 'ping' using Network utlity. You can then decide if the browsers or the entire OS X can 'see' the internet. If you cant even 'ping' then you have a network/setup issue. If you can ping then it's likely to be a browser problem.
When you say 'locks up' that implies the mouse/cursor freezes and wont respong. Is that what you meant or do you get the rainbow-beach-ball forever?
