Manager Software Quality Assurance-Automation - 3 years minimum experience as a QA Manager with hands on technical experience in (QA) test methodology, concepts of system, manual, integrated and performance testing, as well as automated testing experience in Mercury Interactive, Test Director, WinRinner, LoadRunner, Quick Test, automation tools in an application software development environment - Experience planning and creation of the test strategy, test plans and test data preferred in software development industry - Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills necessary to identify programming errors or inconsistencies and the ability to recommend solutions - Highly organized with great attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience developing quality assurance strategies and test plans under minimal supervision - Experience performing testing of software applications to ensure that software is free from defects and meets or exceeds end-user requirements, design specifications, and development standards prior to release - Experience leading the planning, estimating, creation, and execution of test strategy, test plans, test scripts, and test data on medium to large complex projects - Experience in designing software test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, regression and integration testing based on project requirements and system specifications for large complex systems - Experience in testing the functionality of specific applications as well as overall software integration - Experience developing and/or acquiring test data - Demonstrate expertise in designing and writing test plans, scripts, data and automation programs - Detail oriented; ability to learn quickly in a constantly changing environment - Provide accurate & timely estimates to testing requests coming to the team - Create successful quality assurance plan and schedule (including resource assignments) - Demonstrate the ability to apply a disciplined, logical and comprehensive approach to problems and decisions without either overlooking important items or getting entrenched in technicalities - Ensure quality of test plans, automation code and work being performed and always maintain a high level of quality of all QA team deliverables Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Introduce business in 3800 cities.
