Web Analyst The web analyst's work centers on performing detailed web site analyses to help understand where and how the site should be improved. They partner with marketing to identify opportunities to improve the path as well as analyze price and feature testing using both packaged software as well as ad-hoc analysis in SQL. In addition, the web analyst works closely with our acquisition team to find ways to improve our search and other online channels. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Partnering with the business to translate business needs into data requests - Tracking, reporting and analyzing campaign results by product, channel, customer segment, and other key attributes - Identifying opportunities for improvement on the site by drilling into click-stream and related data using analytical tools and recommending actions - Executing sophisticated multivariate website tests - Drilling into the drivers of website sessions - Performing exploratory, ad-hoc data analysis to discover new opportunities - Generating key findings and deliver periodic analytical presentations SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelors Degree preferred in Math, Statistics, Engineering or other relevant field required, Advanced degree preferred.
