Senior Programmer Analyst Responsibilities • Perform analysis of internally developed web and windows based client server applications, which were developed using Microsoft tools and technologies such as C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, SharePoint. • Modify, test, correct, implement and support existing programs using Microsoft tools and technologies such as C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, SharePoint. • Pursuant to system analysis, prepare and draft conclusions regarding whether applications meet project goals and are compatible with other programs already in use. • Integrating efforts with Project Manager and other system supporting/ programming staff, lead the investigation and resolution efforts of computer software and hardware problems and evaluate workload and capacity of computer systems to determine feasibility of expanding or enhancing computer operations. • Assure that product delivered to client is of good quality. • In all work, keep abreast of current Microsoft technology platforms. Requirements • Master’s degree/foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, CIS, or MIS. • At least two years of experience in the Position Offered or as Application Developer, Programmer Analyst or Software Engineer. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. • Solid experience in scoping, requirements-definition, analysis, design, and estimation of projects. • Ability to manage multiple, dynamic priorities and tasks across one or more projects. • Experience with Microsoft CRM, Mobility (Tablet PC, PDA), Commerce Server, and/or Project Server technologies a definite plus. • MCSD, MCAD, and/or MCDBA certifications always a plus. • Experience in healthcare technologies a definite plus.
