Portland, OR Long-term Interview F2F Summary Our client is looking for an individual who possesses a deep understanding of web technologies as well as excellent OO design skills, and a demonstrated desire and ability to work in an Agile environment. Minimum qualifications 5 years of C# experience 2 years JavaScript experience, preferably in an AJAX environment Intermediate-advanced SQL Server/Transact-SQL skills 2 years NUnit (or equivalent) automated unit testing experience MSBuild/CruiseControl automated build tool experience Intermediate-advanced knowledge of OO modeling practices and patterns 1 year experience in an Agile programming environment, including pair programming, continuous integration and iterative development 1 year experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) 1 year experience in pair programming Excellent communication and teamwork skills The environment is an XP shop, which requires the individual to pair program at least 5 hours/day, in a highly interactive environment including regular face-to-face interactions with customers and testers. All developers are required to use TDD for all production code.
