Start Date: 2/21/2011 Duration: 4-6+ Mth Experience: * Strong understanding of OO development, Software Architecture, Design Patterns * 6+ years programming experience with C# or Java * 2+ years experience in Flex, including Flash Builder 4 * 1+ year experience with the Mate Flex Framework * 1+ year experience with Adobe LiveCycle Data Services, Blaze DS, or FlourineFX * 1+ year experience with ASP.NET * Firm understanding of Internet and Web Service concepts/technologies (HTML,WSDL, XSD, XML, XSLT Pluses: * 2+ years experience with Spring and Hibernate (java or .NET) Skills: * Technical Leadership and mentoring. * Excellent written and communications skills (technical documentation). * Ability to quickly develop prototype or conceptual systems based upon high-level requirements. * Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Must be self-motivated and take initiative. * Customer-service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. * Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines.
