*Title : Senior Business Analyst Location : Reston, VA (Only local to VA/DC) Duration : 9 Months Rate : $50/Hr* ** *8+Years of consultants Required* Minimum 8 years work experience in a related field. Significant knowledge and experience in managing and executing data management initiatives, including master data management, data governance, warehousing, provisioning and business intelligence. Strong to expert-level understanding of business process modeling and architecture, entity relationship modeling, data quality, and product management. Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, skillful at negotiation, solid team worker, and experienced leader with demonstrated abilities in analysis, problem solving, and facilitation. Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and on budget. Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management. Experience with education related data is preferred. Strong knowledge of SQL and at least one data mining / analytics tools (SAS, SPSS). Strong knowledge of statistical techniques with the ability to apply the appropriate formulas / methods to a respective problem.
