Location :Plano tx * **Role : Load/Performance Non-functional Test Lead* · 5-10 years of application testing experience, at *least 5 years in a lead position.* · 5+ years of working with *Quality Center, Load Runner, Performance Center, QTP and other HP products.* · 5+ years of extensive experience in* load/performance and non-functional systems testing* · 5+ years of experience *testing applications built using Java, Oracle* · Prior experience of testing applications built using *ATG Commerce Server is preferred.* · Good written and oral communication with I.T. and client groups. · Highly motivated with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. · Ability to work with technical leaders in constructing a plan utilizing their insight and experience in defining tasks and scheduling · Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail · Self-starter · Education: B.S. in computer science, engineering, information systems preferred, and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. 1. Act as the *Load/Performance & Non-Functional Test Team Lead for a Tier-1 Project* 2. Develop and implement a *strategy for Load/Performance & Non-functional Testing to ensure all relevant Performance & Non-functional Requirements (NFRs*) are met 3. Develop and provide estimates for all relevant test activities 4. Develop a *detailed Load/Performance Test Plan and ensure its successful implementation* 5. Lead a small team of testers in all aspects of *Load & NFR Testing* 6. Coordinate with Developers, BAs, and the ATC during the Project life cycle 7. *Perform problem analysis, system analysis, reviews of Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specification Documents* *8. Manage, support and configure Quality Center and escalate the issues to System Engineering/ATC teams.* *9. Resolve and address Test Environment related issues (Network Hardware and Software)* 10.
