Interfaces with SME’s and stakeholders with minimal supervision obtaining business/stakeholders needs and uses sound judgment compatible with established industry best-practices, policies and procedures. Conducts and evaluates business analysis using the six areas of knowledge identified by IIBA’s BABOK. Must have the ability to conducts discovery sessions with users and management team regularly and provide status and user feedback. Must be able to coordinates the analysis efforts and activities of a variety of constituents from PMO management, Operations, Information Systems as well as the primary business stakeholders. *Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent relevant experience in Healthcare technology. Minimum 10 years overall experience and solid understanding of the Health Care industry; high level understanding of business application; sound understanding of organizational and process development. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of various productivity tools including, Excel, Visio and Word. Knowledge of Blueprint, Requisite Pro, RUP and UML a big plus.
