Role includes writing functional specifications, configuration, writing uses cases and test scripts. Must have 9.1 experience and preferably global. 5+ years of PeopleSoft application implementation experience with 3 or more of the following HR modules Benefits, Ben Admin, Core HR, Payroll, Compensation and eRecruit Experience with at least 3 full life cycle PeopleSoft ERP implementations as a consultant Deep understanding of relevant application set-ups and organization structure Understanding and experience in designing and implementing leading practices of relative business flows Experience with Standard SDLC methodology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Expert with MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Excellent client interaction skills.
