ovn-controller and its incremental processing feature seem to be rather sensitive to the exact details of how the IDL behaves. A few of the tests either fail or segfault due to ovn-controller incremental processing behavior. This patch helps to work around that for a couple of tests.
It's possible that this is a bug in the revised IDL--and I'll take the blame and fix it if anyone can help me narrow it down. However, I suspect that these issues are actually bugs in ovn-controller incremental processing. I would very much appreciate it if someone would help with fixing those bugs, since I don't know anything about the feature.
