For your information, we just discovered a regression in Vhost library
introduced
in v21.11.2.
A deadlock happens when vIOMMU is enabled and NUMA reallocation of the
virtqueues happen. A fix [0] was already posted by David in July and will soon
land into DPDK main branch, so it will likely be in v21.11.3 release.
