Rather than simply ignoring them, as you've just done, would you be so kind as to address the issues of trust and confidence I brought up up-thread? Trust and confidence are fragile things, and their lack will destroy your whole organization, so you really need to address them before diving into the technical details of how you plan to set off that bomb.
