Yes, the values work fine, MS-TL light-level in percent is as far as I
understood VAD/VDD which looks reasonable.
I was just curious about this 10.23 reading. But this is the same with
1wireviewer, so I expect this to be "by design"

Michael,

Thank you for the report asnd for testing to promptly!

Do intermediate values work?

        Paul, thanks, works fine now.

        Yes, I can confirm:

        0x1A MS-TV
        0x1B MS-TL

        0x1C MS-TC
        0x19 MS-TH

Just as a note, while playing around with these, I found the following:
MS-TL: If the light-level is zero, VAD reads sometimes 0, sometimes
10.23. Don't know wether this is something with the sensor or even specific for
the DS2438, the same with the MS-TV, also reads 10.23 when it should be 0.
Looks to me for any application using the values everything above 10
should most likely be interpreted as zero or below..

        Ok, I made the change.

        Can you confirm:
        0x1A MS-TV
        0x1B MS-TL
        0x19 MS-TH

I also found no docs on this, I simply looked at ow_2438.c and
found the according values at page.3
At least for the recently bought MS-TH, MS-TL, and MS-TV I have
here, they match. Don't know if this has changed..

Hmm... We were looking at page 0 in the code. I've just perused
iButtonLink's website and can't find the location documented. If it's supposed
to be page 3, it's an easy fix.

                      Hi,

I wonder wether I'm doing something wrong or or there
might be a problem with the detection/display of the iButtonlink Multisensors
within owfs:
                      Doing a "owread /26.123456000000/MultiSensor/type" I only
get "unknown", although the sensor (a MS-TL) has the value "1B00000000000000"
in page.3 (which I guess is where to look for the type)

owfs is 2.7p21, pulled from svn today.

                      Regards Michael
