Let me know if you need modification. I tried to avoid the temptation
to elaborate too much before a real demand wa demonstrated.

Well, the initial approach people took was making symlinks to the owfs
file entries. That doesn't work for the other access methods (command
line, web, etc). Aliases are the attempt to generalize symlinks.

Considering how hard generating and maintaining documentation is, I'd
never say RTFM. Let me look into the man page entries you mentioned.
