Ok, it is the first one at the http://owfs.org/index.php?page=com-ds9097-passive page. As it is mentioned at the site you wrote, the baudrate of the port is 115k, but havent find any other settings (parity type, stopbits). Have I set these settings manually by setserial (and what have I set), or the owfs sets automatically if I set the device to /dev/ttySx?
