Looking at the cvs history, I saw that this dll seems to come from
a patched version of mDNSResponder-107.6, the patch being in the
CVS tree.
Only adding the patch in the source tarball would not be enough
for Debian. It seems silly to me to add the whole mDNSResponder-107.6
sources. So, my preference would go to A unless Paul prefers to
remove this dll (perhaps with a README explaining how to regenerate
it, or with a Makfile rule to do it). But if this pre-compiled file
is useful for Windows users, the solution A is possible.
