There are so many fairytales etc on the net.. Don't trust them all
until you fully understand and approved them!

I recently learned that while digging into (very) deep with the DS2490
and owfs: after digging through many sources (also beyond owfs) it was
the first time I understood why people at all add resistors and diodes
to their 1w: mainly to hide SW-problems!

HW guys do it that way, understand that also, I'd still want to solve
the SW-problems at it's root - in SW ;)
