yes i´m reading about some visual studio 2008 (compact .net framework version 3.5) i think it´s the best since cover many windows ce 5.0, 6.0, windows mobile and others windows for pocket pcs... well the threads i think will be a problem i didn´t read about cegcc yet but, i don´t know if it implement all libs that we will need to compile owfs
