Except I linked to a 12V one rather than a universal one.  Try this
one instead:

note that it supplies up to 4V (and will, as it is a current source),
so you would feed that through a suitable resistor to drop down to the
opto voltage drop (10mA@1.2V, say, means (4-1.2)V / 10mA = 280ohm,
1/16 W should be fine).
