Don't think that is the issue. I have two of these DS1825s on the same bus literally 2 feet apart and the other sensor is working great now. As soon as I disconnected the broken sensor the bus voltage went back to a steady idle 4.97 V. The docs do state that the address pins can't be left floating. I guess I know why.
