Hi Nico,
One would expect a different number of results to be returned each time
when the query is terminated early due to timing out. The number of
results would also increase a little each time as the relevant pages are
cached in memory.
However, there was an issue not so long ago when the timeout somehow
changed from seconds to milliseconds (this was present in v4.3, I
believe). The fix for this will appear in the next release of OWLIM.

barry

HI ,
we want use parameter -Dquery-timeout =1200, in my owlim 4.3 Se and
owlim 4.3 enterprise (in LINUX env.), but we have this strange behaviour .
Store contains 500 mln of statement from dbpedia, geonames and other
example.
select * where
{
<http://dbpedia.org/resource/Milan> ?p ?v.
}
the first execution return 89 statement (in 2 secs)
the second execution (the same query) return 117, the 3° return 197
and so on.
why ?
the timeout is 1200 seconds not 1200 milliseconds !.
in windows environment the timeout work well.
thanks
Nico
