I'm running owncloud on an xubuntu 12.10 system. I have the owncloud
Ubuntu repository in my apt sources so today my owncloud installation
got automatically upgraded to version 5.0.0RC3.

This has broken my owncloud installation. So a couple of comments and
questions:-

Should the repository have offered a major new version (and only a
release candidate at that) as an upgrade? It's not the normal
Ubuntu way of doing things, within a particular Ubuntu release one
usually only gets minor upgrades with bug fixes and security stuff.

How do I sort it out? When I go to http://localhost/owncloud now I
     just get a directory listing.

I have just looked at the installation - it's all gone, there's no code
there at all now! Ah, it has become owncloud-enterprise.

I guess I need to go and see how to migrate my data.

Can you open an issue on github with more detailed information?
