Thanks for the replies! I have posted my idea on #owncloud-dev yesterday (in short is user registration feature), and DeepDiver suggested that I should implement it as an app, he also gave me this link https://github.com/Takuto88/owncloud-app-invite I haven't got time to deeply look into it, I'll post follow-ups on IRC after I do that.
