To me the cloud is a soup of resources Compute time, storage, etc. I should be able to take this soup and morph it into things that i want. Use it for online storage of my files, run my website on it, etc.
The lines do get blurry when you start talking about SaaS. But to me, 'the cloud' is what you use to build a SaaS.
