I kid you not - the cost is 20% of Marsh for the same cover. The product is underwritten by Brooklyn and Allianz so it is not some Mickey Mouse arrangement. I guess the saving it to be had by mainly dealing with a cheap and cheerful group at Springwood instead of Eagle Street.
