Recently had an issue with my laptop, and it was resolved in an incredibly timely fashion (over the christmas period). Dealing with support was a pleasure; the first phone call to the public support number resulted in an immediate person who helped me the whole way through. Issue was resolved completely (hardware replaced) with exactly 2 calls on my part, and some calls by them to me!
