+1 for Dell service. Had a laptop HDD fail, one call and they organised to come and replace it. I took the machine in to work as they said they would come there to fix it, but then never turned up.
Guy rang me at 5pm and arranged to come out to my house at 8pm that night and replace it there. Most impressed by that.
