Greg,
There is a SQL 2008 R2 Express with Advanced Services, that includes SSRS, you
will need to download that from here:

Subject: [OT] How to install SSRS?
Folks, as part of an evaluation of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) I have
to install it on my database server machine. I'm serving instances of SQL
Server 2008 Express and SQL Server 2008 R2 Express.
At first I thought SSRS was a part of my SQL Express installs, but I can't find
any service or mention of it. I ran the Express R2 installer again expecting to
see an option to add it as an optional component, but I can't see such a thing.
Then I went searching for a separate installer, but I can only find an Add-in
for SharePoint 2010.
So how on earth do you add SSRS to an existing instance of SQL Express? (I'm
assuming SSRS is supported with SQL Express)
