I don't know the brand of my friend's motherboard, but looking at the manual for my own GA-P55-UD3P from last Xmas I can see it has COMA, LPT and FDD sockets on the bottom left. I'll see my friend later today, so I'll have a look at his motherboard manual. It's not a magic fix of course, as probably don't have the "header" bits to wire it up to the outside of the case. Greg
