As mentioned before, the example code accompanying the MSDN article on the
DataGridView.VirtualMode property (as a fairly complete HowTo - How to:

Virtual Mode in the Windows Forms DataGridView Control. ) is fine with
SQLServer but the OleDB Jet.4.0 driver doesn't work for me. 

Actually, with my 30K records / 15Mb / 31Mb of data, I'm not seeing a great
improvement with the caching, but it would be nice to get it right.  

Anyone used this paging / caching with DGV virtual mode, web or WinForms? If
so, I could use some help.
