You can't use non-VLK (e.g. retail) media and VLK keys Another option would be to use MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit). You can write some scripts to run the installers for the various things you want to install, and a little GUI that allows the person running the setup to choose which components they want to install. The source files could be stored on a network share rather than on the DVD itself.
