That doesn't make much sense. I have a qualification but it doesn't decrease my premium. In fact the insurer cared so little that they didn't bother to ask. I've never been sued or known anyone who has.
I suspect that premiums are so high because the insurers don't understand the industry and aren't interested in competing.
