Hi Peter, I don't have the answer handy, but late last year it took three of
us working together almost two hours to overcome the same problem. The web
interface screens to SSRS are unclear and you have no idea what format of
account names you are supposed to enter. We tried all sorts of formats of
domain account names and plain names without luck until I think we
eventually stumbled across some "obscure" config screen that solved our
misery. If you don't find the answer, let me know and I'll look at the
config of the SSRS machine at the other office when I'm there later in the
week. Sorry I can't be of immediate help, but you're not alone banging your
