Maybe better quality shipments in the US of A? I've just looked at the dell oz website, and the 5 reviews of the screen. build quality is criticized (2 people). Not a good sample of sales, I'm sure - but it does alert one about possible 'mechanical' problems, independent of the panels and electronics.
