I'm not sure what happens with an Office 13 installation - which does I
think utilize SkyDrive if you want - but SkyDrive by itself does use a
Windows application that you download and install. You should then see a new
folder in Windows 7 (Explorer), and it synchronizes files and folders OK for
me.

Subject: [OT] SkyDrive account

Folks, I put some files into my SkyDrive account on Windows 8, then I
installed SkyDrive on Windows 7 and logged in with the same account but I
see it empty. I was hoping and expecting to see the same virtual drive and
contents from anywhere so long as I used the same account. Is this the
expected behaviour? Has anyone fiddled with SkyDrive much? I'm just futzing
around with it to see what it can do -- Greg
