Even the CSIRO now has the impact disease. This is a classic case of being
completely ambiguous. They could have said 'degrades', 'retards',
'hampers', 'complicates', 'improves', 'boosts' .. anything that actually
means something.

In an interview today on ABC Classic FM the interviewer asked "Tell us why
the arrival of your first baby was so impactful". That baby must have shot
out with tremendous force!
