Dear all,

>Being midwives has in reality NOTHING to do with how we view GOD or

>choices in life, being there for the women and their families.

Sacrilige, you heathen!! The creative force of your/our beliefs affects
everything we perceive and express.

Here's a tale: I left my body and human perceptions shortly after
childbirth. The Truth (for me) is strong in my memory as unconditional love
and acceptance (I call it "the Divine mother" or "Goddess" but others have
different symbols for this same thing); selflessness & total non-judgment. I
now attempt to live in service and try to practice these qualities though I
am shackled by my present human condition.

I was pretty angry actually, when a vigilant midwife taking obs noticed I
was not breathing and did what was necessary to bring me back - and that is
what it was like; being forced back into a body and taken away from the
Truth (heaven??). You have absolutely no idea how painful (hellish??) the
experience of having patterns of human emotions and thoughts is untill
you've stepped out of it for a while.

You have all been part of my learning process and I salute you as my
teachers. What I realise more and more is how little I really know, and
that I need to laugh at myself occasionally for taking it all too
seriously. So pardon my occasional ignorance, too; it is part of being
human. Having patterns of judgmental, critical, dismissive and emotional
behaviours (my particular downfalls), and not facing and owning these
(denial), is a very hard and painful way to live a life, and most won't see
it till they die.

Love,

Marina
