Hi
I'm back from the NSW Midwives Association
conference. And a very fine time I had too! Lotsa excellent ideas,
enthusiastic people and I'm feeling enthused invigorated and ready to swirl the
banner a bit more. I think we should all write to John Hunter cause this is the
thin edge. Even the thought of another Senate Inquiry doesn't fill me with
too much horror. it probably won't be much different from the Layton Inquiry fro
1984 or was it 1989? Some of us 'oldies' should be able to pull out the old
submission
For the people looking for home birth data Jane Allnutt
and her colleague have some good figures on NSW
homebirths [EMAIL PROTECTED].
Guess what it shows that on the face of it Homebirth is safe
for 'low risk' women (whoever low risk women are )!!!
