Dear Di.  Paw Paw ointment is not recommended for nipples.  There have been
cases reported on severe dematitis reactions. Paw Paw  is used to tenderise
meat - one wonders what it does to nipples and areola. Hind milk is still
advocated - following correct attachment and positioning of course.  Jen
