Where is the
truth? You ask...
If you listen with an open mind to what women
are saying and you see with open eyes how they are feeling and if you find out
how many nights they spend crying over the abuse they have sufered at the
hands of the hospital system - If you can see the marriages suffer and the
pain in the hearts of so many women. Then you would sanctify
Homebirth!
If you look at our
disfunctinal society and see that it begins at birth and with birth - the
Post Natal Depression, the Post Traumatic Shock, the complaints, the child
abuse, the divorces - how many are attributed to the hospital system and
the torture of women?
If that answer is just one - it is too
many! Look at what is happening out of your life circle and then you
will find the truth!
Look at what happens when the women go home from
hospital and have to recover from the physical stresses of birth and the
mental torture of being powerless, helpless, treated as second class and
abused. That is the truth that you do not see. One hurtful
comment by a doctor or midwife can cause months of tears and pain as a woman
wonders what ever did she do to them. As she tries to justify their
cruelty and wonders if she really is so undeserving and so horrible for them
to be so cruel.
THIS IS TRUTH! If you told me that
birthing on a beach would avoid that pain and torture then I would sanctify
that beach!
