cs debriefing

Is there any 'protocols' for debriefing women after cs?  When would you say the optimal (or typical) time for explanation and who does it?  What level of information is given to women?  How do you gague wether she has a full understanding of what happend?  Is there any consideration or extra care offered to those women who feel it is their 'fault'?  How do you gague whether the woman is having trouble dealing with the cs?
