twin births

Joy, our twins are now 4 and 1/2 yrs old, my wife went to term first was
beautiful birth at home the other was a caesarean some 6hrs later at the
local hospital, they both weighed in at 3.5 kg, no dramas except for a very
unskilled anaesthetist and a very bad obstetrician, yours in midwifery pete
