I haven't actually tried
it but have done a lot of research into it as I am interested in utilising it
when I get pregnant.
The following webpage http://www.hypnobirthing.com/ has
heaps of information about hypno-birthing. It also has an email address you can
contact to get a list of local practitioners. The address is located at the
bottom of the locations page. I managed to track down 3 practitioners in South
East Queensland and actually meet up with one to have a talk. It seems
like a great alternative and/or support mechanisms for labour.
I strongly suggest you
try to find someone in your local area and have a chat to
them.
