Dear Judy Small world, this was something I was using during the week!! Recommended dosage 6000mg per day in divided doses of 2000mg TDS. Use until milk comes in (although if there has been no dramatic improvement after two weeks I would try domperidone or maxalon) and then cease. A response is usually seen within 72 hours.
