Just a note to remember with fenugreek - It is not advised to be taken by diabetics as it interferes with blood sugars. And as I found out the hardway can also be passed to babe. I was taking fenugreek approx. a week prior to due date as I had a history of b/f problems, but babe on day 2 started to suffer extremely low blood sugars and had to be 'supped' to increase his glucose levels, this was put down to my intake of fenugreek - just something to keep in the back of your mind with babe etc.
