I can't actually do a search on Science Direct  "my subscription doesn't allow me to do that" and my search engine wouldn't go to the site you sent. The address didn't show up in blue on my screen, so maybe something was off. I would really love to view the references, so ... if you could pate them without too much trouble would be great.

Hi Marilyn,

please give it ago again...its a huge address...please make sure you copy it all...it does go across the whole screen...the first time i tried it I left half of it behind and the page could't be found either. I can assure you it does work...and there is no need to search the site as the URL takes you directly to the page of the literature review. NB: You do however need acrobac reader to open it.

Cheers Tina
